Hahaha, I'm not afraid to say that this movie was recommended to me by a friend who often dabbles in erotica.
When I watched it, at first I went out to hunt for the psychological, after all, the movie still has a lot of large-scale scenes, it is indeed very... Powerful. School sex comedy that really took me from school, to graduation, to work. When I read the reviews, I felt that the western view of "sex" is different from the Chinese view of "talking about sex".
The story is simple, but it's a comedy about a couple of American high school virgins who want to find someone to end their virginity. If you like this movie, you will like it very much, and you will feel that youth should be like this, the reckless pursuit of love and beauty, the reckless release of their hormones, there are three to five friends, there are their favorite girls, there are parties and beaches, everything is full of vitality and beauty.
And some of them don't like it, too. The main character in the movie starts out with sex, and the girls, too, are all just waiting for a man to get on base. In this movie, love becomes a byproduct of sex.
Whatever the case may be, it's a fun movie, and one that shows the real state of many American students. They brag to their buddies about how much sex they've had, in order to show how awesome they are in front of the same males. The girls are told that "sex" is just a growing up process and that it must be done at the right time and in the right place.
There's also something in "American Pie" for your own youth.
