Production steps
1. Debone the chicken legs , add one spoon of minced garlic, one spoon of cooking wine, a little salt, and black pepper and marinate for half an hour;
2. Sauce: one spoon of honey, one spoon of light soy sauce, one spoon of oyster sauce, one spoon of Mix cooking wine and half a bowl of water;
3. Put oil in the pot, add chicken legs and fry until both sides are golden brown and slightly charred, pour in the sauce and simmer over low heat;
