Method of fried shrimp cake
1. Materials: shrimp (fresh prawn), carrot, Pleurotus eryngii.
2. Shred carrots and Pleurotus eryngii and blanch them.
3. Squeeze carrots and Pleurotus eryngii and cut into pieces (the water must be squeezed out to make the cake easier to shape).
4. Chop the processed shrimp into paste (chop as thin as possible, the thinner the paste, the better the viscosity. )
