Wash the surface of pig's trotters, blanch them in a pot, take them out after blanching, scrape off the grease on the surface with a knife, and then clean them. If the trotters are bigger, you can chop them smaller. )
Put clean water in the pot, add pig's trotters, and add salt, onion, cinnamon, star anise, fragrant leaves and cloves to enhance fragrance and remove fishy smell.
Stew the pig's trotters until the soup thickens. Take them out. After the trotters are slightly cold, remove the bones from the trotters, cut the meat into small pieces and put them in the bottom of the bowl.
