Steps
1. Soak the vermicelli in water for several hours until the vermicelli is soft. Rinse the soft vermicelli with clean water and cut it into long sections of about 15 cm
2. Cut the tenderloin into finger-sized pieces
3. Wash the beans with clean water and cut them into small pieces
4. Wash and chop the green and red peppers , cut the ginger into slices
5. Pour 1 oil into the frying pan and add the star anise and ginger slices
6. After frying until fragrant, add the chopped meat and turn on a small boil Stir-fry over high heat until the meat changes color and becomes loose
7. Add in very fresh soy sauce, refined salt, and cooking wine, stir-fry until fragrant, then set aside.
8. Add oil to another pot , after the oil is hot, add chopped green and red peppers over high heat to bring out the spicy flavor
9. Pour in the sour beans and stir-fry over low heat
10. Pour in the vermicelli and stir-fry over low heat
11. To prevent the pan from sticking, add a small amount of water
12. Stir-fry until the vermicelli is transparent and then pour in the fried meat cubes
13. Small Stir-fry over high heat to fully mix the various ingredients into the flavor
