Ingredients: 4 onions, 3 garlic, 7-8 peppers, 3-4 red peppers, a handful of coriander, 400ml soy sauce, brown sugar 150g, white vinegar 120ml, and 300ml glutinous rice water.
1. Peel the onion, remove the head and tail, and wash for later use.

4. Start cooking sauce, put soy sauce, brown sugar, white vinegar, glutinous rice water (water can be used) into the pot, boil it, and put two cabbage leaves to cook together.
