1. Party A authorizes Party B to sell products as an agent. Party B acts as an agent seller in the _________ area. Party A It will no longer supply goods to other parties in the area, thus ensuring Party B’s sales rights.

4. Party B will be responsible for the freight when returning goods for exchange.

5. All operating expenses (monopoly, taxation, industry and commerce, technical supervision, health and epidemic prevention, etc.) and operating risks incurred by Party B in selling products as an agent in the region shall be borne by Party B itself.

6. Party B will carry out the agency sales business established in this agreement according to the information provided by Party A. Party B can determine the marketing price of the product between the purchase price and the market terminal price.

7. Party B must strictly follow the agreed regional sales. If cross-regional sales are required, Party B must promptly notify Party A and obtain written confirmation from Party A before implementation. Party B shall submit an agency sales report to Party A every three months.

8. If any dispute arises due to the execution of this agreement, both parties shall properly resolve it through friendly negotiation in a spirit based on facts and law. They may also submit it to the court where Party A is located for handling.

9. This agreement shall take effect upon the signature of both parties and the delivery of the first batch of goods. It shall be valid for one year. This agreement shall be made in triplicate. Party A and Party B shall each keep one copy and keep one copy for record.
