1. Soy milk and fried dough sticks: The signature salty soy milk contains pickled mustard, dried shrimps, fried dough sticks, chives, and soy sauce. The soy milk is also very particular. Scoop a spoonful of soy milk into the pot, and pour it down about half a meter away from the soup bowl. It will just fill the bowl, and the flowers will bloom naturally. Sweet soy milk is milky white and has a naturally sweet bean aroma, but it is not as amazing as salty soy milk. The freshly fried fried dough sticks are golden and crispy, crisp yet tough.
2. Pian'erchuan: Since the second season of "A Bite of China" promoted Pian'erchuan in Hangzhou, some people drove here from other places to eat there. The tender bamboo shoot slices, pickled vegetables, and meat slices are all the same as Pian'er Sichuan Laosan, and the ingredients used are all fresh.
3. Mixed with Sichuan: stir-fried with Sichuan chives, crispy bean sprouts, classic combination of dried tofu and shredded pork. The pork liver is freshly cut and a little glutinous, and the kidneys are tender and crispy when fried in oil. When the whole bowl of noodles comes out of the pot, it is steaming hot and full of flavor. The soup is made from pickled vegetables and bamboo shoots.
4. Pan-fried buns with green onions: authentic pan-fried buns, small in size, full of green onions, and the skin is thick but very soft. The bottom is very oil-absorbent and has a crispy texture after frying.
