Powder dark purple. The seed coat epidermal stone cells are polygonal or long polygonal in surface view, with a diameter of 18~50μm, thick walls, extremely fine pores and grooves, and dark brown substances in the cell cavity.
The stone cells in the inner layer of the seed coat are polygonal, round or irregular in shape, with a diameter of about 83 μm, slightly thicker walls, and larger pits. The surface of the epidermal cells of the peel is polygonal in appearance, with slightly bead-like thickening of the vertical wall, and keratin lines on the surface; there are oil cells scattered in the epidermis. The mesocarp cells are shriveled, contain dark brown matter, and contain starch granules.
