Practice steps:
Wash the yellow croaker and cut the back with a knife;
Put the fish in a bowl, smear a little salt, pour a little cooking wine on the fish, and put two or three slices of ginger at the bottom of the plate to remove the fishy smell and refresh yourself;
After boiling water on a large fire, steam the fish in a pot for 8- 10 minutes;
Out of the pan, pour the steamed fish drum oil evenly on the fish, sprinkle with shredded ginger, shredded red pepper and shredded onion;
Pour the oil into the bottom of the pot, heat it until it smokes, and pour the hot oil evenly over the fish. You're finished.
