The peeling principle of the corn harvester: the corn enters the drum chamber through the ear box, and the drum body peels off the corn husks through rotation, friction, squeezing and advancement. Corn cobs are automatically discharged from their respective outlets.

The corn harvester mainly consists of cutting pole device, conveying device, hydraulic lift, etc. During operation, the machine advances along the direction of the corn ridge, and the cutter cuts off the corn stalks. The straw is output to the right through the upper, middle and lower conveyor chains and placed naturally to complete the harvest.

The relevant parameters of the peeling machine should be adjusted according to the degree of skin protection of the corn variety. If the corn is dry and the kernels are loose, the speed of the peeling roller should be appropriately reduced and the ear pressing plate should be adjusted. The pressure should be lowered to reduce the loss of corn kernels; if the corn husks are relatively tight, the speed of the peeling roller should be increased and the pressure of the ear pressing plate should be increased to ensure that the corn ears are peeled cleanly.
