Preparation materials: lamb chops 1500g? A carp? Appropriate amount of ginger, onion and radish slices.
1. After washing the crucian carp, cut it into one knife and fry it in a pot until both sides are slightly yellow.
2. The fried fish and ginger onion are wrapped in gauze and put into the pot together with the lamb chops. Add water to boil and simmer for about half an hour.
3. After half an hour, take out the lamb chops and remove the bones.
4. Cool the boneless mutton and slice it for later use.
5. Continue to cook the fish soup in the pot until it becomes thick milky white.
6. Cook the mutton slices for ten minutes, season with salt, and add the white radish slices to cook.
7. When cooked, serve and sprinkle with chives and parsley.
