Ingredients?
High-gluten flour 250g
Steamed pumpkin 110g
Eggs (shelled weight) 50g
Butter 10g
Salt 0.5 tsp
Sugar 15g
Yeast 1 tsp
Pumpkin toast (Panasonic bread Machine)?
Steam the pumpkin, let it cool and then take 110g
Add the pumpkin, bread flour, eggs, salt and sugar into the bread bucket and set the "dumpling wrapper" program. If you find that there is too little water during the kneading process, add a little more water according to the degree of dryness and wetness. You can wait for the program to complete completely.
Add the softened butter into the bread bucket and put the yeast into the yeast tank. Set the "Toast" program and select "Light" for the toast color. Overnight reservations are available. (By the way, I made this recipe in winter, and the room temperature is over 10 degrees Celsius, so it doesn’t matter if there are eggs.) You can add raisins.
Take it out about ten minutes in advance, let it cool and then slice it.
Tips
In the process of exploring this recipe, I mainly have the following insights:
1 The addition of eggs can always make the bread rise. Fuller. If you use 50g of water or milk instead of eggs, it will not be as soft. So I don’t know yet how to make a reservation for an overnight stay in the summer.
2 I usually add very little sugar, but slowly I discovered that for this bread, 15g of sugar is needed to get a better finished product. No matter how little it is, it's not impossible. It's just a bit like steamed buns. You can eat it by yourself... -_-|| In fact, 15g of sugar can already taste sweet.
3 I read a lot of recipes for Panasonic bread machines, and they always say that the kneading program for dumpling wrappers can be stopped after 7 minutes. But I think kneading for 15 minutes seems better, maybe it has something to do with my bread flour.
