Practice of spreading eggs
1. When the pan is hot, add sesame seeds and stir-fry until fragrant. After cooling slightly, pour it into a container and mash it.
2. Fry peanuts, cool them and crush them.
3. Add a spoonful of white wine to the egg and break it up.
4. After the pan is hot, pour in cooking oil, then pour in egg liquid, turn it over while shaping, and take it out of the pan after the second egg liquid solidifies.
5. Wash and shred cabbage leaves, blanch with boiling water and drain.
6. Put the chopped sesame seeds and peanuts into the spread eggs in turn, pour in a proper amount of steamed fish and soy sauce, and finally add shredded Chinese cabbage, millet and spicy food.
Note: the tenderness of eggs can be according to your own preferences. Sesame must be fried and mashed first, and the sesame flavor will be very prominent. There is no need to add salt to the egg liquid, and the amount of steamed fish soy sauce depends on your own taste.
