1. Mix glutinous rice flour, sugar and water, knead well.
2. Scald the boiling water onto the clarified flour, add it to the glutinous rice dough, then add the corn oil and knead together to form a ball.
3. Divide the dough into small even pieces and put them on a plate brushed with oil.
4. Steam the dough in a pot of boiling water for 8 minutes, until translucent.
5. Cool to lukewarm, flatten and wrap with bean paste filling.
6. Roll in cooked glutinous rice flour.
