Composition:
Tender tofu is about 170g (my favorite), 2 eggs and chopped green onion.
Exercise:
Mixed sauce:
1.2 spoon of soy sauce, half a spoon of oyster sauce, 2 pieces of minced garlic and a little water (sisters who don't mind can add some sugar to taste better) and stir well.
2. Cut the tofu into pieces, pour a little oil into the pot and stir-fry it a little.
3. Then pour in 2 egg liquids, and pour in when the egg liquids are slightly solidified.
