Fried yacon with chicken breast
Required ingredients: 2 pieces of chicken breast, 3 pieces of yacon, 2 shallots, ginger 1 piece, egg 1 piece, white sesame, cooking wine, sugar, salt, soy sauce, peanut oil (appropriate amount each).

Chicken breast is usually made into chicken fillet. By the way, before making chicken fillet, beat the chicken breast with the back of a knife for a few minutes, and then marinate it. Tastes better. Today, the method of frying first and then frying is adopted, and the effect is very good. Children don't like eating chicken skin. I skinned it today. If my family is not picky about food, I can keep the chicken skin. Personally, when chicken breast is marinated, the effect of egg white is better than that of raw flour. When the egg white meets high temperature, it will form a film on the surface of the meat and lock the juice inside, making the chicken breast more delicious.
Tip: How to fry white sesame seeds? Because sesame seeds will be stained with dust, sand and other impurities during drying and transportation, sesame seeds should be cleaned before frying, sand should be removed, and then sesame seeds should be poured into gauze to drain water. Brush the pan, boil the water in the pan, turn the heat down, add sesame seeds and shake them into the pan as much as possible.
Then continue to stir fry. Under normal circumstances, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, and the moisture on the sesame surface has evaporated. Continue to stir fry until the sesame seeds make a noise and start to bounce, which is basically done. Stir-fry for another half minute, and take out the pan. Sesame can't be fried or fried. Sesame contains oil, which will be deoiled when fried. Such sesame seeds are not fragrant and affect the taste.
