Materials
Ingredients: corn starch, salt, pepper, sugar
Methods
1. Slice chicken breasts and pat and knock loose with the back of a knife. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and marinate for 15 minutes. I suggest replacing the salt with soy sauce, it will suit our taste better.
2. Mix cornstarch with salt, pepper, and a little sugar, and dredge both sides of the chicken breasts in a thin layer of flour. I recommend adding less five-spice powder and chicken powder.
3. Heat up a pan, pour in some oil, add the chicken breasts when the oil is hot, fry one side and then turn and fry the other side.
4. Fry the chicken cutlet with kitchen paper dipped in oil, will be more healthy point.
5. This frying method will be better when eaten with sauces, such as salsa, ketchup, Thai sweet chili sauce, western mustard, etc., etc.... This plate is my dinner: rice, sweet potato, chicken cutlet, steamed spinach. This is a British dinner that suits the Chinese appetite!
