Prepare a brown sugar brick made by the Dai people.

Prepare some cold shrimps.

Put some brown sugar into a cooking pot, and add an appropriate amount of water to boil the brown sugar water.

Simmer and melt the brown sugar, skim off the foam and turn off the heat and let cool.

Put the white sesame seeds in a wok over low heat and slowly stir-fry until fragrant, then turn off the heat and set aside.

Use a slotted spoon to pick up some cold shrimps and put them into a small bowl.

Pour in the cooked brown sugar water (the flavor will be better after the brown sugar water is refrigerated).
