2. Accessories: garlic, coriander and onion.
3. Seasoning: salt, Chili oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce and vinegar.
4. Wash potatoes, peel them, and cut them into 1mm thick slices.
5. Add water to the pot to boil, add potato chips, boil the water and cook for about 5 minutes.
