Conch 350g
Leek 100g
Proper amount of oil

5 dried red peppers
Garlic 2 petals
2 shallots
Ginger 1 small pieces
Pixian bean paste 1 spoon
Half a spoonful of fish sauce
Soy sauce 1 spoon
Oyster sauce 1 spoon
Half a spoonful of sugar
A little starch
Making time: 10-20 minutes
Although the conch has been treated before selling, I still soak it in salt water 1 hour and then rinse it clean;
