Composition:
Squid whiskers, a green pepper, a quarter of shredded onion, and red bell pepper (or not).
Steps:
Saute shallots, ginger and garlic, add a spoonful of bean paste and stir-fry red oil, then add squid and stir-fry.
Add a spoonful of soy sauce, millet, pepper, onion, salt and sugar and stir well. Finally, add shredded sweet pepper and stir until it is broken!
