1. Soak fresh wild ginseng in water to make tea. Break off a small piece of fresh wild ginseng with your hands, weighing about 0.1 grams, put it into a cup, pour boiling water and soak it. You can drink it after 15 minutes. Then add new water. Drink it several times a day, chew the ginseng in the cup and swallow it before going to bed at night, then add new ginseng the next day, and repeat this process.
Fresh wild ginseng can also be chewed directly. First rinse the ginseng with water (scrub the fine lines with a toothbrush), then bite off a small piece and chew it. The chewing time should be longer, and the finer and chewier the chewing, the better.
For adults, the dosage should be controlled within 0.1 grams each time, and the total daily dosage should not exceed 0.3 grams. The dosage for children is equivalent to less than 1/3 of adults.
Soak 2 dried wild ginseng in water and drink. Cut one or two pieces of dried wild ginseng (each piece is 1 mm), put it into a cup, pour boiling water, cover tightly and simmer for more than 15 minutes. It can be drunk, then add new water, and chew the ginseng tablets before going to bed at night. This method can be adhered to every day
3. Use wild ginseng to cook Duginseng soup.
Put the dried wild ginseng into a casserole or medicine pot (avoid iron pots and aluminum pots) Simmer for about half an hour.
