Vegetables can be frozen.
It can be stored in the refrigerator, but the freezing time should not be too long, otherwise the water in the vegetable will be lost because of freezing, and its edible taste will be affected to some extent.
If you only temporarily preserve the ground vegetables, you will finish them in a few days. It is suggested to wrap the ground vegetables directly in the fresh-keeping bag after the newspaper, and then put them in the fresh-keeping layer of the refrigerator for preservation.
If you want to preserve the vegetable for a long time, you can first wash it and drain it, then dry it in the sun, and then seal it in a dry and ventilated place.
