Grilled Mushroom French Bread Balls

Steps:
1. Prepare ingredients. Dice onions and slice mushrooms.
2. After melting the unsalted butter in a hot pan, first add the diced onions and stir-fry until transparent, then add the mushroom slices and stir-fry, and finally add the corn kernels.
3. Then add flour and stir-fry until there are no powdery particles, then add fresh milk and stir, add salt and black pepper and cook until thick.
4. Cut the top of the French bread ball, make a hole in the middle of the bread, and pour an appropriate amount of mushroom sauce. (Be careful not to break the bread when digging holes to prevent the liquid from leaking out after pouring in.) Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees C for 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
