2. Garlic cloves with a knife pat chopped.
3. Gooseberry beans to remove the tendons and wash, cut into thicker julienne.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan and add chopped garlic.
5. Followed by the gooseberry beans, stir-fry over high heat.
6. When the beans are almost cooked, add salt and green pepper and stir-fry until cooked.
