Zucchini and lean meat soup
Main ingredients
500g zucchini, 150g lean meat, 100g fungus, 50g vermicelli
Accessories
Adequate amount of oil, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of ginger, appropriate amount of chicken powder, appropriate amount of soybean powder, appropriate amount of light soy sauce
Steps
1. For fungus Soak and wash, then prepare a small piece of ginger.
2. Cut the lean meat into shreds and put it in a bowl. Add a small amount of salt, oil, soybean flour, light soy sauce and chicken powder to taste.
3. 2 zucchini, about 1 catty.
4. Cut into shreds.
5. A little vermicelli, about 50g.
6. Soak in water for about 15 minutes.
7. Use ginger slices to heat up a pan, put the fungus into the pan and stir-fry.
8. Put the zucchini shreds into the pot and stir-fry them together.
9. Prepare a pot of water and pour the hot fungus and zucchini shreds into the pot.
10. Bring the water to a boil and simmer for about 15 minutes.
11. Then put the shredded pork and vermicelli into the pot and cook for about 3 minutes.
12. A sweet soup is completed.
Tips
The zucchini shreds of the fungus must be heated before being put into the water. The taste will be better, lean meat should not be boiled for too long, add some chicken powder when seasoning, the meat will be more tender.
