13-month-old baby recipes and practices
Thirteen-month-old babies can basically eat normally, such as chicken, pork, vegetables, fruits, noodles and so on.

You can eat some rice porridge or noodles properly, with nutrition, eat some eggs properly, and drink a la carte porridge and meat porridge. Of course, you have to boil them, otherwise it will affect the baby's digestion.

But we must pay attention to the combination of meat and vegetables, balanced nutrition, eat less and more meals, eat more fruits and vegetables, and never let the baby develop the habit of picky eaters.

1, minced meat and vegetable porridge

1,) Wash the rice, put it in a pot and add water. When the fire boils, turn to low heat and cook porridge.

2.) Chop up the green leafy vegetables, pour a little oil into the pot, add minced meat and stir fry, then add vegetables and stir fry a few times, then add porridge and cook together, and add a little salt to taste.

Note: Don't put alkali in porridge to avoid destroying nutrition. The porridge should be cooked until it is thick and sticky, and the minced meat should be fried and cooked with the porridge.

2. Soup

Ingredients: flour, eggs, tomatoes, vegetables and salt.

1) Chop the tomatoes and vegetables, break the eggs, add a little cold water to the flour, and mix them into bumps the size of wheat grains.

2.) Add a little oil after the pot is hot, pour in the chopped tomatoes, stir-fry until soft and rotten, and then add a proper amount of water.

3.) After the water boils, slowly pour the stirred dough into the pot, stirring while pouring, otherwise it will easily stick to the pot.

4.) After boiling, add the broken eggs and chopped vegetables. After boiling again, add a little salt to taste.

Note: You can add mushrooms, radishes, diced chicken, shrimps, minced meat and other ingredients according to your baby's taste. You can also use bone soup, chicken soup and fish soup instead of water.

3, cucumber leek egg cake

Ingredients: cucumber, leek, egg, flour, salt.

1) Wash cucumber, peel and shred, add proper amount of flour and stir well.

2.) Wash and chop the leek, pour it into the batter, then beat in an egg and a little salt, and mix well.

3.) When the pan is hot, pour a small amount of oil, pour the batter, and turn the pan to flatten.

4.) Fry on low heat until the surface is solidified, and turn it over a few times until the surface is slightly golden yellow.

Note: There is enough water in cucumber, and no extra water is needed. When making pancakes, be sure to simmer.
