How to make pork and cilantro wontons ?
Pork filling bought leaner, so you need to add a little oil. If it is a mixed meat filling do not need to can put less oil.
Wonton skin is the supermarket to buy very thin, a packet of 100 sheets probably.
Cilantro can be added if you like.
The key is salt and ginger. The filling needs to be slightly salty to be tasty. The ginger will bring up the flavor of the meat.
