Fried chicken thighs is a very popular home-cooked dish, here are the steps and tips for making fried chicken thighs:
Materials:
4 chicken thighs
Flour moderate
Salt moderate
Black Pepper moderate
Eggs 2
Breadcrumbs moderate
Oil moderate
Steps:
Wash the chicken thighs, make a few cuts on the thighs with a knife, sprinkle with moderate salt and black pepper and marinate for about 30 minutes.
Prepare three bowls, put flour in the first bowl, add salt and black pepper, mix well. In the second bowl, beat the eggs, add salt and black pepper and mix well. In the third bowl put the breadcrumbs.
Dredge the marinated chicken thighs in the flour, then dip them in the egg mixture, and finally in the breadcrumbs, place the coated thighs on a plate and set aside.
Take a pan, add some oil and fry the chicken thighs until golden brown.
Remove the chicken thighs to a paper towel to absorb the excess oil.
Tips:
Don't marinate the chicken thighs for too long or the chicken will become too salty.
When coating the flour, egg wash and breadcrumbs, make sure that each layer is coated evenly so that the fried chicken thighs will have a better texture.
Don't overheat the oil for frying chicken thighs, so that they don't get battered or cooked on the outside but still raw on the inside. Don't go too low either, or the chicken will absorb too much oil.
Fried chicken thighs can be placed on paper towels to soak up excess oil for a crispier texture.
