2, early crisp king jujube
Early crisp king jujube is the Department of Hebei Province, Cangxian Forestry Bureau of jujube breeding base selection, origin in the middle of September harvest. Fruit ovoid, average fruit weight 30.9g, maximum fruit weight 87g, much higher than 9 control varieties. Fruit soluble solids content of 39.6%. Fruit surface bright red, crispy flesh, juicy and sweet, edible rate of 96.7%, quality is very high.
3, July Fresh
This variety by Shaanxi red date engineering (technology) research center special expert Wang Changzhu researcher, in 2013 through the national varieties validation. The fruit is ovoid, the fruit surface is flat, the fruit shoulder is ribbed, the average fruit weight is 29.8 g, the maximum fruit weight is 74.1 g. The fruit is uniform, the skin is thin, deep red, the soluble solids content is 28.9%, the edible rate is 97.8%, the taste is sweet, the flesh is fine, it is very suitable for fresh food.
4, honey pot new No. 1
Honey pot new No. 1 is the Northwest A&F University of Science and Technology from the honey pot varieties selected from the breeding, in September 2007, through the Shaanxi Provincial Forest Variety Validation Committee validation. The average fruit weight is 8.1g, the maximum fruit weight is 25.0g, containing 26%-32% soluble solids, 96.5% edible rate, and the quality is very high.
5, Wuling long jujube
Lingwu City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, endemic varieties, a long history of cultivation, excellent varieties, produced by the edible fruit flavor, crisp texture, juicy, white and green flesh, edible rate and high nutritional value. Fruit large, long oval or cylindrical, average single fruit weight 14.5 ~ 24g, up to 40g.
6, toad date
Toad date is distributed in the southwest of Shanxi Yongji County. Flat columnar, the average weight of 34 grams, the maximum weight of more than 40 grams, the size is not uniform, the fruit shape is not upright, the fruit surface is not smooth, and there are purple-black spots, similar to the scabby toad's tumors, so it is called toad jujube. 7, does not fall crisp jujube
Not fall crisp jujube produced in Shanxi Pingyao County. The fruit is large, flat-columnar, with an average fruit weight of about 20 grams, uneven in size. The fruit skin is medium-thick, purplish-red, and the surface of the fruit is not smooth. The flesh is thick, greenish-white, crispy, sweet, juicy and of high quality, suitable for fresh eating.
8, moonlight jujube
Originally from Mancheng County, Hebei Province, locally known as the "spirit of jujube", Hebei Agricultural University selected and bred very precocious, high-quality, productive, cold-resistant fresh food new varieties. Fruit shape is peculiar, pointed at both ends, the average weight of a single fruit 10 ~ 13 grams, the flesh is crisp and juicy, honey sweet and refreshing, sugar content of 30.8%, better than the degree of crispiness of Zhanhua winter jujube.
9, jin jujube
Native to the junction of Shaanxi, Gansu, Binzhou City, Changwu, Ning County, Jingchuan, Zhengning, Qingyang and other places. The fruit is large, long ovoid or nearly cylindrical, with an average fruit weight of 21.6 grams, and irregular in size. Flesh thick, white-green or milky white, dense and crispy texture, more juice, sweet flavor, containing soluble solids 30.2% to 32%, up to 35%, sugar content of 26.9%, edible rate of 97.8%.
10, Jinshi 4
Jinshi 4 is the Shandong Province Fruit Tree Research Institute from the Jinshi 2 natural hybridization of live jujube selected from the excellent single strain. Flesh white, dense and crisp texture, more juice, taste very sweet and slightly acidic, no bitter, spicy grass and pungent flavor, excellent taste. Soluble solids content of 40% ~ 45%, higher than all varieties of jujube, excellent quality.
