The ratio of tea to water is recommended to be 1:50, i.e. 3 grams of tea leaves with 150 milliliters of water. Put the tea leaves first, then fill with hot water of about 90 degrees to 7 minutes full, steep for 1~3 minutes and then drink.
2. Gaiwan brewing method. Suitable for new and old white tea, tea and water ratio of about 1:25, that is, 5 grams of tea with about 125 milliliters of water. The water temperature is recommended to be 85 to 95 degrees, the new white tea control at 85 to 95 degrees, the old white tea can be about 100 degrees. When brewing, you can use a fixed point along the edge of the gaiwan low punch or circle infiltration, each bubble of tea leaves infiltration for 10 seconds before the soup.
3, big pot boring bubble method. Suitable for more than three years of old white tea, tea water ratio of about 5 grams of tea with more than 1500 ml of water. Put the tea leaves into the pot, with cold water for a long time steeping, smothering time more than half an hour.
4, boiled tea method. Suitable for aged old white tea, especially old Shou Mei. Will 5~7 grams of old white tea with 100 degrees of water moistened wash, directly with cold water or boiling water, boil and then turn to a small fire, cook 5~8 minutes after drinking.
5, cold brew method. Suitable for new white tea, using cold water for a long time to soak tea leaves to extract. The ratio of tea to water is about 2~3 grams of tea, put it into mineral water and let it steep for 1~2 hours before drinking.
