1. Chinese cabbage flower: contains more sulfur-containing compounds, which can regulate blood cholesterol, promote the health of cardiovascular system and reduce the incidence of cancer.
2. Cauliflower: rich in chlorophyll and lutein, it can protect eyes, promote vision health, strengthen bones and teeth, have antioxidant effect and reduce the risk of cancer.
3. Purple cauliflower: Rich anthocyanin is a strong antioxidant. Its antioxidant capacity and free radical scavenging capacity in vivo are 50 times that of vitamin E and 20 times that of vitamin C, which can not only enhance immunity, prevent hypertension and promote cardiovascular system health, but also increase ocular microvascular circulation and prevent cataract and macular degeneration.
4. Orange cauliflower: rich in zeaxanthin and β-carotene. It has the health care functions of antioxidation and promoting vision health.
