Main Ingredients
1 Sour Cabbage Flour
Meat Oil, Soybean Oil Hairy Onion, Scallion
Dashi Sauce, Soy Sauce Salt, Flavoring, Thirteen Spices
Vegetarian Sour Cabbage Steamed Dumplings (super tasty, but not too greasy) Steps
1.? First prepare 1 sour cabbage.
2.? Chop the sour cabbage!
3.? Drain the chopped sour cabbage (it's best to clench it with your hands, make sure it's extra dry)
4.? Pour oil into the pot. (Normal amount of oil for dumplings will do)
5.? When the soybean oil is hot, put in one-third of the meat oil, melt the meat oil completely, turn off the heat, put the oil aside and wait for it to cool completely before using it.
6.? Chop the pre-prepared hairy onions and shallots and set aside.
7.? In a pot, put soy sauce, soy sauce, salt, monosodium glutamate, thirteen spices, pour two tablespoons of hot water and stir well. (The soy sauce is my own home marinade, if there is no soy sauce instead of can)
8.? The cooled oil will be put into the pot with the sauerkraut and chopped scallions, and then stirred.
9. Make the dough a little softer (because it's a steamed dumpling, the dough needs to be a little soft to make it taste good), then put it in a cage drawer and steam it for 13 minutes.
10. Steam and plate.
Tips
The soy sauce in the ingredients is my own home marinade, if you do not have it, just use soy sauce instead.
