Materials
Half a tablespoon of peanut oil;, 1/3 piece of flaked sugar;, 2 taels of lean pork;, 1 pickled cabbage;, 2 slices of ginger;, 2/3 tablespoon of salt;, 1 ? tablespoons of cornstarch.
How to do
1: Cut lean pork into small strips, marinate with raw oil, cornstarch and 1/2 salt for 10 minutes;
2: Soak sauerkraut in water for 10 minutes, rinse well, cut into julienne strips and drain well;
3: Heat oil in a frying pan. Put ginger slices burst incense, put into the lean meat stir-fried until turn color;

Tips
No slice of sugar can be put white sugar, I personally think that the sugar slightly more delicious.
