Yesterday, we got a transparent cup, filled it with water, and then put a handful of mung beans into the cup, and one mung bean slowly sank to the bottom of the cup like a parachute.

We are very concerned about it, but it seems to deliberately tease us as if it did not move at all, really let us down. As soon as we arrived at school this morning, a student screamed: mung beans sprouted! Mung beans are sprouting! Everyone swarmed around the cup, wide-eyed and carefully watched, a grain of mung beans while we go home from school without paying attention, secretly tore its old coat, revealing its own white fat body, poking out a small pointed tail. Everyone was talking and talking, and the classroom was like an explosion.

I think, the original looks a little dumb mung beans still have life!

October 1, Cloudy

8:30 a.m.

My mother woke me up from a dream, and I got up in a hurry and went to make preparations for planting mung bean sprouts. I took a glass dish and a handful of new mung beans, washed the mung beans and put them into the dish, and then brought a piece of clean gauze, moistened with water, and carefully covered the mung beans. My mom told me not to add too much water and that it would be best to bathe them in sunlight, but unfortunately it was a cloudy day.

2:00 PM

I couldn't wait to lift the saran wrap, and wow, in just a few hours, something had really changed. I saw that most of the green beans were so full that they looked like they were ready to burst. Some of the outer skin of the green bean has cracked, as if the green bean mother was newborn baby burst the belly. The cracks in the small white spots like white dolls in the effort to drill out. The changes in the bean sprouts are really something to look forward to.

October 2 Light Rain

10:00 AM

I was surprised to find that the outer skin of the mung beans had come off, and the white beans were very tender and moist. Unfortunately it is raining today and still no sun.

7:30pm

The bean sprouts have spit out their long teeth in the middle, as if the little babies are stretching. I changed their water and waited for more surprises tomorrow.

October 3 Sunny

I was surprised when I opened the gauze again at noon, the mung bean sprouts had grown 5 millimeters, and the roots stood up on the plate, white, tender, and very lovely. Today the sun is full, I moved the plate to the window.

October 4 Sunny

In the sunshine. The bean sprouts are growing happily under the sunlight and today they are much longer than yesterday. I changed the water for them again to encourage them to grow better.

October 6 Sunny

Yesterday I went to my grandma's house, and when I came home today, I found that the bean sprouts had grown a long way again, about 5 cm. Although I didn't have the surprise of the previous days, I still had an indescribable joy in my heart when I looked at the vibrant bean sprouts. This may be a one-point plow, one-point harvest.

October 7, clear

night, the bean sprouts have grown to more than 10 cm, tomorrow will start school, my father taught me to use bean sprouts and seaweed to make a dish of gold hooks and silver needles, although more or less reluctant to do so, but look at the whole family to share the fruits of my labor, or a sense of accomplishment.
