Filmed in Xiangshan County, Ningbo, Zhejiang Province from October to September, 2002.
In recent years, with the rapid development of tourism in Xiangshan, marine tourism has been quite perfect and mature, and trawling to the sea, charter fishing and other modes are very popular among tourists. For this trawling trip, we chose Xiangshan Xieshun Tourism Company, and the boarding place was Fisherman's Wharf in Shipu Fishing Port.
There are two kinds of trawl cruise ships in Shipu, standard ships and luxury ships. The price of charter flights is 4000 yuan and 4800 yuan respectively. Because there is a discount on non-weekend prices, you can get a 30% discount. That's why the luxury boat we chartered (the one in the photo) cost more than 3300, and can carry 20 people at most. The overall price is not bad.
We booked the boat at 8 o'clock in the morning, and the whole journey took about two and a half to three hours. In fact, after boarding the ship, we found that the ship was bigger than we expected, with two floors for tourists, complete facilities and a kitchen. You can cook seafood directly on the ship, only adding 1000 yuan.
After launching, our ship quickly sailed to the depths of the sea. The sea near Shipu Port is yellow. After the ship went out to sea for a period of time, the sea turned blue, which is the color of the sea we yearn for. Everyone took out their mobile phones and cameras to take pictures as souvenirs, but it is normal for some friends to get seasick.
Our captain, relying on his many years' experience in offshore operation, is absorbed in finding fish targets at sea. But for us amateurs, this is a sea of Wang Yang, except the sea.
The overall shape of the whole ship is a cruise ship, but trawl equipment is installed at the stern for fishing. After sailing for a while, the ship suddenly stopped and began to ring. The boatmen threw the trawl into the sea, locked the towing rope, and the ship began to increase horsepower, and the trawl officially began. To catch more seafood in this vast sea depends entirely on the captain's experience.
The ship dragged in the sea for nearly an hour and stopped, and the bell rang again. The boatmen put on their work clothes and pulled the trawl up a little. This is also the most exciting moment. Everyone is watching the fishing net from the stern. Unexpectedly, people look a little lost after pulling up. I saw a crab cage and a big iron bucket occupying the whole net bag, and the rest was a little fish and shrimp.
The seafood in the trawl was dumped out and spread on the deck of the ship. Basically, it's mainly Pipi shrimp, small crabs and small fish. Occasionally, I can find one or two older swimming crabs, but the girls who love taking pictures are very excited. Picking up crabs is a series of postures.
Just when everyone thought that the net couldn't come back today, the boatman dug up a goldfish from the seafood pile. It is the most precious large yellow croaker in the East China Sea, and it is not small. I couldn't believe my eyes when I first saw it. Due to overfishing in the last century, wild Pseudosciaena crocea has been rarely caught, and the annual output of Xiangshan is quite limited, so the price has soared.
Seeing this fish like gold bars, the girls who went to sea for the first time were even more excited. They not only compete for a photo, but also care about a question: how much is this fish worth? According to the boatman, the terminal purchase price of wild Pseudosciaena crocea in Xiangshan is about 2,000 yuan a catty, and this fish is about 1.5 catty, with a price of 3,000 yuan. Of course, if sold to direct customers, the price will be better, up to about 4000 a catty. I wonder if it's true.
As we didn't book meals on this chartered ship, all the caught seafood can be packed and taken away. The ship provides foam boxes and ice cubes, and the shipping union packs them for us. Of course, you have to pay for one from 20 yuan. We harvested 8 boxes of seafood in this net. We didn't expect to harvest a wild large yellow croaker. Of course, the joy at this time is beyond words. But then there is a question, what should I do with this fish? Do you cook and eat together, or do you sell money? Please see the follow-up article of Cold Residual Leaf.
