Ingredients
250g of water chestnut flour, 400ml of yerba mate, 250ml of milk, 1 slice of yellow sugar
Methods
1. Boil the yellow sugar in three bowls of water until it melts. Let it cool and set aside.

Remember to wait for one layer to solidify before putting another layer! Otherwise, it will be mixed together! (A thin layer will taste better!) If you make a thick layer of each layer need to wait a little longer! The last layer should be small yellow oh! It will look good!
