Jiaozi's method of filling turnip with meat
1. Add minced onion and ginger, pepper, peanut oil, chicken essence, soy sauce, salt and appropriate amount of water to the ground pork and stir in one direction.
2. Wash and chop kohlrabi, sprinkle with a little salt and marinate for a while, and squeeze out the water.
3. Put the minced meat and kohlrabi in a basin and mix well.
4. Add water to flour and make dough with moderate hardness.
5. Make it into jiaozi agent and roll it into dumpling skin.
6. Add stuffing and wrap them into jiaozi one by one.
7. Boil water in a pot and cook in jiaozi.
