How to make tofu
1. Cut old tofu into thick slices and sprinkle a little salt on them
2. Fry the tofu in a Pan-Pan skillet until golden brown on both sides
3. Remove the tofu from the pan
4.? Stir-fry the carrot slices, green onion and ginger in the pan, then add soy sauce and salt to taste
5.? Add the fried tofu
6.? Cover and cook for a while out of the pot sprinkle garlic seedlings
