Ingredients:
260g of bean skin (wet weight), 2 peppers, 2 onions, 5 cloves of garlic, oyster sauce 1 spoon, soy sauce 1 spoon, a little chicken essence, prickly ash granules and a proper amount of salt.
Practice:
1, wash and shred the bean skin, blanch for one minute, remove and drain, shred the pepper, cut the onion into sections, and slice the garlic for later use;
2. Heat oil in a hot pot, add pepper granules and garlic slices, and add a spoonful of bean paste and onion to saute;
3. Add the bean skin, add the pepper after one minute, add a spoonful of oyster sauce, a spoonful of soy sauce, stir-fry a little chicken essence, add a little salt to taste before the pan, and stir well to serve.
