2. Prepare onions, ginger, garlic and peppers for later use.
3. Cut the wax gourd into pieces for use.
4. Pour the chicken pieces into boiling water and take them out.
5. Pour in the oil, add sugar when the oil is hot, stir-fry until golden brown, pour in the chicken pieces, stir-fry and color evenly.
6. Add the prepared onion, ginger, garlic and pepper soy sauce, stir fry, pour in water, add cooking wine and salt, and start stewing.

8. When the wax gourd is ripe, add sesame oil and prepare for the pot.
