Steps
1. Pat chicken breasts with the back of a knife, cut into thumbnail-sized cubes, add egg white, pepper and 1g of salt, and marinate for 10 minutes.
2. Add soy sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, chicken essence, cornstarch and salt to the water, and blend into a bowl of sauce.
3. Carrots, green peppers, wash, respectively, cut into small dices, the same chicken size. The garlic is sliced and ready to go.
4. In a pot of moderate oil, sauté garlic slices out of the flavor.

Tips
If you replace the water with broth, the flavor will be even better! My ratio of vegetables to meat today is 1:1. so it's very enjoyable to eat! There is salt and cornstarch in my bowl sauce. It's also in the chicken marinade! Pro! Got it all! Watch the amounts! It's in the steps!
