By the end of 2020, the education structure of health technicians: undergraduate and above accounted for 42.0%, junior college accounted for 38.2%, secondary school and technical school accounted for 18.8%, and high school and below accounted for1.0%; Technical post (employment) structure: senior (director and deputy director level) accounts for 8.8%, intermediate (attending and supervisor) accounts for 19.8%, junior (division and division level) accounts for 610.7%, and waiting for employment accounts for 9.7%.

By the end of 2020, the total number of health workers in China reached13.475 million, an increase of 547,000 (4.2%) over the previous year.
By the end of 2020, among the total number of health workers, there were 792,000 rural doctors and hygienists, 530,000 other technicians, 560.110,000 managers and 9 1. 1 10,000 workers. Among the health technicians, there are 4.086 million licensed (assistant) doctors and 4.709 million registered nurses. Compared with the previous year, the number of health technicians increased by 524,000 (up by 5.2%) (see Table 2).
By the end of 2020, there were 81/kloc-0.2 million people in hospitals (accounting for 60.2%), 4.34 million people in primary medical and health institutions (accounting for 32.2%) and 925,000 people in professional public health institutions (accounting for 6.9%) (see Table 3).
