Materials:
200g squid, 20g sugar, 20g lactose, 5g salt, 3g monosodium glutamate, 3g spicy powder and a spoonful of cooking wine.
Exercise:
1. Select fresh squid raw materials and wash them with clear water. Adding salt, sugar, cooking wine, monosodium glutamate, squid, lactose and spicy powder, pickling for 2 days, and drying in a charcoal oven to make dried squid plates.
2. Spread the dried squid on the iron plate of the grilled fish machine and bake at 150℃ for 30 minutes. The squid board was baked golden on both sides, and it was full of fragrance.
3. Then, the cooked squid board is processed by the edge pressing machine, so that the squid becomes soft and looks like an unfolded accordion.
4. Finally, put it into a wire drawing machine and tear it into shredded squid.
