The way of doing things
Process 1: Wash lettuce, spread it out to dry, and then chop it.
Process 2: Put proper amount of salt, rice wine, soy sauce, sesame oil and ginger foam into raw pork paste and mix well.
Flow 3: pour that mix minced pig meat into lettuce, beat in two raw eggs and mix.

Process 5: Prepare rows of pork and celery wonton in advance and put them into the pot. It's so messy, boil the water and pour it into the small wonton. Generally, all water needs to be boiled three times. That is, when the water in the pot is boiled, just add water once, and a small bowl of cold water is enough, so it is enough to go back and forth three times.

The way of doing things
1. Wash and chop raw pork, add seasoning and stir in one direction for 5 minutes.
2. Blanch the lettuce in boiling water, squeeze out the water, chop it up, and then put it in the raw pork pit for stirring.
3. Hold the wonton skin in the palm of your hand and put it into the stuffing bag.
4. Put the water into the small wonton after boiling, and push the small wonton with a frying spoon to avoid sticking to the pot. After boiling, add a little cold water and cook for three times.
5. Put seaweed, shrimp skin and salt in the bowl, add small wonton, sprinkle with fragrant lai, drizzle with sesame oil and stir. The delicious wonton with celery and pork can be enjoyed slowly.
