Kimchi white flower elimination method

Homemade kimchi should pay special attention to the following points:

2, the container for making kimchi should be washed with hot water, preferably hot with boiling water, to avoid microbial contamination, and well closed, not easy to leak.
3, the container should be sealed to create an anaerobic environment conducive to lactic acid bacteria fermentation. Place the ambient temperature is generally 15 ℃ ~ 39 ℃ environment, low temperature is conducive to slow microbial fermentation, high temperature is conducive to rapid fermentation.
