Ingredients: 500 grams of glutinous rice and 50 grams of southern candle leaves.

Method: Wash the glutinous rice for later use. Wash the leaves of Nanzhuang, add 500 ml of water, and cook for half an hour. Remove the leaves and take the juice to boil glutinous rice, and cook for about 2 hours with slow fire. When the beige color turns black and it is cooked, it can be eaten immediately.
Efficacy: tonify spleen and kidney, relieve cough, soothe the nerves, improve eyesight and blacken hair, which is suitable for dietotherapy and tonic for people with weak constitution. The plants that make black rice can be Nanzhu (Toarey Yang, also known as black rice in ancient times, is an evergreen shrub of Ericaceae, with grassy leaves, oval-shaped leaves, bright red new leaves and dark green old leaves; Racemes axillary, corolla white; Berries are spherical and purple-black when ripe. Note that this is not Nandianzhu, Sapium sebiferum (this is a tree), maple, etc. Sun Simiao's prescription says: "Southern Candle Decoction is beneficial to the hair, that is, to the face, to warm it, and to cure all wind diseases. If you take it for a long time, you will lose your weight and improve your eyesight, and your black hair will keep your face." The tender leaves of maple can replace tea. The root bark and leaves of Sapium sebiferum have the effects of detumescence, detoxification, diuresis and diarrhea.
Practice 3
Ingredients: 300g glutinous rice.
Accessories: appropriate amount of candel leaves, appropriate amount of sugar and appropriate amount of water.
Steps:
1. Wash the leaves of Nanzhuang Leaf.
2. Drain the leaves of Nanzhuang.
3. Cut the southern candle with a knife and put it into a basin. Wear gloves and rub it hard until the leaves are rotten.
4. Put a proper amount of water into the smashed leaves and soak for more than 2 hours.
5. Filter with a strainer. (What's in the vessel is the juice for making black rice.)
6. Wash the glutinous rice clean.
7. Add the ebony juice, and put the ebony juice as usual.
8. Soak for at least 2 hours.
9. Press the cooking button, jump to the heat preservation state, hold for 5 minutes, put in some sugar and eat.
Skills:
1. Rub hard. When rubbing leaves, be sure to wear gloves, or your hands will get black.
2. If the black leaf juice is to be soaked overnight, it is best to put it in the refrigerator for refrigeration.
3. Candle leaves can also be beaten in a cooking machine.
