Sautéed Sliced Pork with Kelp Roots
Cooking Ingredients (Serves 3)
Ingredients:
Pancetta (228g), Fresh Knotty Kelp (334g), Garlic (2 Cloves), Scallion (1 Stick)
Marinade:
Oil (1 Tablespoon), Soy Sauce (1/2 Tablespoon), Chicken Powder (1/2 Tablespoon)
Seasoning:
Soy sauce (1 tablespoon), oil (1 tablespoon), cornstarch (1/2 tablespoon), cooking wine (1/3 tablespoon), chicken powder (1/2 tablespoon), salt (1/3 tablespoon)
Cooking Steps
1 Wash and slice the pork, toss with 1 tablespoon of oil, 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce, and 1/2 tablespoon of chicken powder and marinate for 15 minutes.
2 Wash kelp knots, blanch in boiling water for 1 minute, lift up and drain in cold river; cut green onion into pieces, mince garlic; mix 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch and 3 tablespoons water to make cornstarch water.
3 Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok, pour in the pancetta and stir-fry over high heat until the meat is sauteed. You can put a moderate amount of (white) pepper, deodorization.
4 Pour in the kelp knots, garlic and scallions, and stir-fry well with the meat.
5 Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1/3 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1/2 tablespoon of chicken powder, 1/3 tablespoon of salt, and 3 tablespoons of water and stir-fry for 2 minutes, then pour in cornstarch water to thicken the sauce.
