Radish and Winter Melon Soup
Ingredients: 100 grams of white radish, 100 grams of winter melon, 1 egg, 300 ml of clear soup, appropriate amounts of refined salt, MSG, and peanut oil.
How to do it
1. Wash and dice the white radish and winter melon respectively. Crack the eggs into the bowl and beat well.
2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the white radish and winter melon until they are almost cooked.
3. Pour the clear soup into the pot and bring to a boil, throw in the egg liquid, add refined salt and MSG to taste, boil twice and serve.
